Pat KulteoWhen we talk about creative people in the restaurant world, we are usually talking about chefs who own incredibly successful restaurants and have become famous doing what they do best – creating culinary masterpieces. Pat Kuleto is more of a carpenter than a chef, and even though he has labored in a variety of restaurants, he is not to be confused with Emeril Lagasse.
